In the UMB campus Lerma there are various activities carried out to complement the knowledge gained. These activities serve to apply what they learned in class, consisting of practices such as:
Handling, preparing and preserving food:
Laboratory practices which apply the knowledge gained in class, regarding the proper handling, storage and preparation of specific foods.
Exhibitions and Conferences:
Disclosed through exhibitions and lectures on nutrition topics, public interest in the campus.
Dietary guidance:
Provide nutritional counseling, as a community service, the different sectors of the population.
Visits to various institutions:
